BCLS Snow & Ice Management is a market leader in proactive snow & Ice control services. Leading the way with industry experience, technology, liquid anti-icing equipment and late model equipment, we are clearing the way for growth within Richmond and Central Virginia.

We are seeking experienced part-time seasonal TEAM members to join our TEAM for the 2023-2024 winter season. Qualified candidates must be reliable, on-call 24/7 or can work appropriate shifts, and have experience in commercial properties. 

Positions Available:

Plow Drivers

Salting and Liquid Anti-Icing Drivers

Wheel Loader Operators

Skid-Steer Operators

Snow Blower Operators

Hand-Shovelers

Job responsibilities include:

• Clear snow from customer sites and pile in designated areas

• Operate vehicles and snow plow equipment in a safe, responsible manner following all recommended operating procedures

• Control ice accumulations at job sites with the safe and responsible use of de-icing agents

• Hand-shovel or hand-treat site areas, walkways and doorways as required

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for Snow Plowing and Salt and Liquid Anti-Icing Driver positions; applicants applying for Loader, Skid Steer, Snow Blower Operator and Shovel positions do not have to meet this requirement

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
